Resetting Data Validation Selections

How do I reset several data validation selections to the first option in the drop down list in Excel 2013?

Thank you Nebu! I figured it would require a VBA solution. I'm not sure how to write it. I guess I should have clarified that I was looking for a macro solution.

Thank you Nebu for offering! I was actually hoping to get something I could use on various workbooks, whenever I need data validation lists reset, because I actually run across this quite a bit. Is this actually more complex than I was thinking, such that a generic option would not work?
