Segregation of data download from ERP dump

Dear Sirs,

On downloading data from our ERP system, we get data for some values as per the attached.

One sheet has the data output from the ERP system and the second sheet is the way this should be arranged.

Kindly let me know how this can be done.

use text to column function and then remove the blank cell. i hope u will get the output which u want

this looks like a very bad import ! Better is to join the original ERP text file.
