Formula or Macro?

Need formula to:
Start at the top and moving down, one row at a time, look at the Work Order in cell Bx and find the matching WO in table E3:L101.
Once finding a match, do the dollar amounts for the Work Order numbers also match in Columns C and L?
If YES, say, "Ok." If NO, then put a (red check mark) √ in Column M.

Have tried several formulas including:
=IF(ISERROR(VLOOKUP(B5,$E$5:$L$103,1,FALSE))=FALSE,"Ok","No match")
without success.

Hi:

I got the colors with the help of conditional formatting. You can bold the check marks by editing the CF I have given.

Thanks
