Slicer on multiple criteria

Hi guys,

This is a bit difficult to describe... basically, I need to use a slicer to filter a pivot table based on a column of data. So far, so simple.

BUT, the column has multiple information in it. So, it might say Quality; Information Security, or just Quality or Information Security; Business Continuity

So I want a count of, for example, items with Quality written against them. This would include both Quality; Information Security and Quality.

Does this make any sense? Any help appreciated!!

If anyone is interested....

I have succeeded! You create a new table with the partial values you want to find, and create a function in DAX in the PowerPivot view of the table that you are searching in. Details are all in the link above. Took a bit of trial and error but it was worth it!

Using this now ALL THE TIME :D :D
