Create Scatter Diagram from the sampled data

I want to create a Scatter Diagram Chart/ or any suitable chart that will summarize the data in the attached file.

I wanted to show Count (No of vehicle sold) in X Axis and Average selling price in X axis.

Objective: Which broker is costly for sale.

Hi Yes information is really useful and conclusive but can you link data labels with broker name. Also I want to know how your applied period filter. I also wanted to apply location filter (Note: Location data not provided in the sample data)

What version of Excel are you using?
