2 if conditions (includes 2 true results & 2 false condition)

Dear Team,

Kindly find the attached file for my problem. I want the if formula or any other formula for this problem. I want the formula is column E.

The conditions which should be applied in this file are mentioned below:

1. If status is "Active" in column A and difference between Date of Joining(column C) & today's date is more than 180 days then it should show "Confirmed" else "Pending".

2. If status is "Inactive" in column A and difference between Date of Joining(Column C) & Last Working Day(Column F) is more than 180 days then it should show "Confirmed - Inactive" else "Pending - Inactive".
