Add hyperlinks to different places in another sheet

Hello everybody
I have a workbook with two sheets.
In Sheets("Main") there is process numbers in column C
In Sheets("Details") I have details of these processes and in Column G there are the process numbers which I would like to add hyperlink to all of these processes.
There are large mount of data in Sheets("Details")

I give manual example in Sheets("Main") but to do that manually will be exhuastive

Please find attached my workbook.

I have two issues please
1. I want to automate the worksheet "test sheet" so that when the date filter, "cell D3", is changed it will displayed the data in the worksheet "details"

2. The table is a scrollable list but "column F" does not move when i click the scroll bar
