I need to maintain excel sheet daily basis which is imported from another database. The imported excel sheet is not in a proper order. I want to arrange that sheet by following steps. There are several unwanted columns and rows, some columns are merged. I would like to arrange the sheet by follows steps with the help of macro. Can you help me?

Select A: BZ columns UNMERGE & unwrap ALL COLUMNS AND ROWS

Copy B1 Title to C1

Copy H1 Title to J1

Copy N1 Title to O1

Column L width to 35

Column O width to 37

Column AI with 27

Delete Column B

Delete Column C:H

Delete Column D

Delete Column E:F

Delete column F to X

Delete G: BX

Delete rows 2,4,6,8,10, …… 500

Select A:F column

Border all

Check.
There were few things ...
I set 'Job Date's width' and
If 'Delete rows 2,4,6,8,10, …… 500'
... then all data rows will be delete.
'Border all' ... can be something else too.

All borders are Okay.
Instructions were columns A:F - border all; that's why only left & right (F-col)
You mean that next time, a1:e6 - border all.
Appending is possible, if datas collect to another sheet.
Do it need empty row between date reports?

Next version ...
I did the 'Master'-tab ... It's for collection of all datas.
You should copy 'new data' to 'Import'-tab and
after that Run Macro.
The 'new data' will move to 'Master'-tab ... if there isn't already same data.
Test and tell ideas?
