Automatically insert blank row after every changes

Greetings!!

If I want to insert a blank row after every changes. For example : Series A to C is going on and I have sorted it and if I want that on the completion of A a blank row is inserted automatically

The best way is to try Subtotal to get the desired result without VBA.
