concatenate fractions with string

hello,

please i need to know how can i work with the fractions to concatenate it with string but turns to a decimal

eg: ("A1"): 1.55 ("B1") "String", i need ("C1") to be "2 String"
or
("A1"): 1.35 ("B1") "String", i need ("C1") to be "1 String"

Will this work if you type it in C1?

=CONCATENATE(ROUND(A1,0)," ",B1)
