Conditional Format from one sheet to another

Dear Sirs,

We have two worksheets. One worksheet has the details of drawing an their status. The second worksheet has project name and the status of the drawing linked with respect to the first sheet.

How do we get the conditional format in Sheet 2 status column with respect to Sheet 1 status column.
