Consolidation formula - Forecast into a repository tab

Hi all,

Hope you guys are doing great. I have been trying to build a report where if the area managers get an opportunity to populate data (Sales & Wage Fcst) for their specific region, and if the data by some formula can get into a repository tab, I can then roll it up on summary level. Trying to get a 4 weeks rolling forecast


I have tried to mock up in the attached file. Appreciate any assistance.

Thanks Chirayu. As an alternative I used the consolidated function in Excel which is really helpful.
