Copy data in workbook to copy in second workbook in respective rows based on matching key

Dear Sir,

I have been assigned a task by my production manager to develop the below requirement in Excel 2007.
I have 2 workbooks.
First workbook contains production data with below format. The operator enters data in this workbook daily shift-wise.

Workbook1 (prodn.xlsx).
A B C D E F G H I J (Sum:E to J)
Date Available_Time Shift Job_Type U1 U2 U3 U4 U5 Tot_time
01/10/2014 480 1 Job1 30 90 120
01/10/2014 480 2 Job1 80 120 200
01/10/2014 480 3 Job1 60 60

After entering row1 data in workbook, it is to be copied in respective row with key = job_type in workbook2.

Workbook2 (Summary.xlsx) ==> Auto-generated from workbook1.

Cyc.time is to be vlooked up based on key = Job_type automatically in workbook2.

How can I solve this requirement ?
