How can something be added until the date is reached?

For example if the day is 10/10/2016 is the first day and every 4 weeks the person visits, what would be the last date that one would go their which would automatically update every time checked?

If I have understood correctly, the below should work assuming the initial date in cell A1:

=A1+INT((TODAY()-A1)/28)*28

Of course, the two occurrences of "A1" could be replaced with the appropriate address.
