How can I use the formula in G11 while the condition is director or chair AND CEO

=SUM(COUNTIF($E3:$F3,{"*Chair*";"*Director*"})*IF($F3="CEO",G3,))

Another option:
=SUM(COUNTIFS($E3,{"*Chair*";"*Director*"},$F3,"*CEO*")*G3)
