With reference to the attachment, please, how get the numbers of "LV" for "B" employee with the help of countif formula?

Try this:
=SUMPRODUCT(($A$2:$A$4="B")*($B$2:$F$4="LV"))
or
=COUNTIF(INDEX(B2:F4,MATCH("B",A2:A4,0),),"LV")
