Create subtotal of sum values

Hi,
I am trying to get some code to enable me to total the sum values I have on the sheet, I have a number of sheets similar to attached sheet in my workbook and the number of lines can vary greatly from month to month on each sheet, I would also like to copy the header line on to each other sheet

Any help greatly appreciated,

Hi DEL,

Can you expand your example? With only the one sheet, I'm not sure what difficulties you'll hve with other sheets, nor what you want the final output to look like?

With just the small sample, my first suggestion would be to use a PivotTable to get your subtotals and grand totals, but that may vary based on your actual workbook structure.
 
You could replace your SUM formulas with SUBTOTAL, or you could just total the whole column and divide by two.
