Currency Converter in Sheet

Hi All,

I need to convert different currencies into different currencies. I simply want to achieve that task by entering To be converted currency in first column and converted currency in another column.
For better understanding my need, please refer to the attached file. Moreover, there are two combo box as shown in attached file. I have to access list of currencies in that combobox.

Please help.
