I am on updation of tasks manually as well as in system in which completed tasks & pending need to be carried forwarded.
Weekly format tilting down with tasks will be fine.Attached file is day wise but same is required on weekly manner as over view for the week will be fine.

Man you are awesome but when I checked for the details in excel pl find the observations.

I have entered additionally Six sigma PPT to Albert which is appearing when i have the date of 16-Mar-2017 also not shown under column week at glance.
When I change the date as 16-Mar-2017 entered activities are not shown why so?

    Thanks in Advance.

    I don't use 'PhotoShop' ..
    that means,
without 'sample' file it would be challenge to check many possibilities!
... but I found one thing ... check this file.

    Hi,

This is awesome man. This is the format which i was expecting.

    # 1. One thing is whether is it possible to split the time intervals day wise, as for example monday i shall have a meeting between 9.00AM to 9.45 AM , tuesday 9.00 AM to 9.15 AM as the existing file contains only 30 mins split up this is not able to be freezed up.Can you check for feasiblity ?

    # 2. Week at Glance should be from Monday to Friday for any week is it dependent on the date we select and it is showing the week pertaining to 7 days of the day we have selected in row number b19.

Any chances of fixing prioritisation ? like Very important / Important / Not required etc ?

    Thanks in advance.

    @Vignesh Veerasamy - good timing ..
    The time intervals ...
if daily own 'time intervals' then there would be those times between every day ... and is it clear for You to read always left side times
    like ( 6:00AM|Wake up | 7:00AM|Meeting | 8:15AM|Breakfast | ... )
    Screen Shot 2017-03-20 at 11.02.58.png
or make one 'time intervals' which match with all days .. like:
    Screen Shot 2017-03-20 at 11.06.40.png
Any chances of fixing prioritisation ? ...
Where is 'prioritisation' ... or You would like to add something like that?

    Hi,

Time intervals is fine we can make sure that each bucket falls within 30 mins.

Prioritisation I am asking in form master data in which we can add as and then.

One more point on WEEK AT GLANCE it should show the 7 day program currently it is showing previous week program + 2 days of this week.

Example today is 21-mar-2017 but I am able to see 16-Mar-17 to 21-Mar-17 which is completed week. Untitled.png

    1) About that photo: Have You noticed that 'spin-button' left side of 'clock'?
If You use it, dates will change (one week before - one week after).
    2) Week Glance: I haven't done any changes to that part. I seems to follow that '15 Wednesday'-date which can select with 3 spins.
    3) Those tasks could mark to any time (like 10:23) as needed and
those would shown just in correct place in view (not 30minutes steps).

    Hi

    Thanks for reply.

Only one assistance I could ask is can we add on prioritisation as
    1.Very Important
    2.Important
    3.Not required

With different colour code as it shall help while having a over view of the week activities?

    Thanks in Advance.

@Vignesh Veerasamy ... You didn't noticed my point!
Layout would be this kind .. no limits of start times nor length of tasks!
... and of course colors as needed.
    Screen Shot 2017-03-20 at 16.28.50.png
hmmm What is prioritisation as Not required?
