Hello Expert!

My question is in the attached link http://www.upf.co.il/file/114528291.html

If you can see in the file, there isn't any data in 2012 for share 111333 but there are details in 2011 for the same share.
My question is what is the condition that I have to add that ask = if 111333 have any details in 2012 than leave it as it is but if there is not any details in 2012 than check if 2011 is with details, if yes - match the details between the shareholders code in 2011 to 2012. This is an example as I have 500 shares during 12 years

Any chance you can upload the file to the forums directly? not everyone has access to file sharing sites.
 
Try this...in E5, put this formula:
=IF(ISNUMBER(D5),D5,SUMIFS(D$4:D4,A$4:A4,A5-1,C$4:C4,C5))

Copy down as needed. If result is 0%, it means there was no data for previous year (e.g. row 5 returns 0, as there's no data for 2010).
