I set up the Multiway Table which I learn from Hui's "Data Tables & Monte Carlo Simulations in Excel – A Comprehensive Guide". Thank you Hui.
But the value in the table is not changing (ref. attached file). Please help!

I hope you enjoyed that post

The problem is that you have disabled Calculations
goto the Formulas, Calculation options Tab
Change it to Automatic

otherwise simply press F9

It's a dangerous option to use as people forget it is off and hence the Calculations maybe incorrect but don't always appear in error as in your case
