Data Validation tab

Hello genious !

I want to remove validations from my excel sheet and I know the proceedure to simply goto DATA->click on the D Validation button -->and then clear all and then OK, all the validation will be removed but in this case validation button is appearing but can not click on it and it is not highlighted(Not clickable).

Kindly suggest what to do?

Nebu may be on the right track - check by Selecting File and check under Permissions.
