Dynamic Chart - Month wise data

Dear Sirs,

Kindly find attached a dynamic chart I tried to prepare.

I need month wise display of data for a specific year selected. Currently I am able to select the year in the combo box but the display in the chart is not for he specific months of the selected year.

Kindly let me know where I am going wrong to get the correct result.

I would like it something like this version.
I made 'some modifications'.
You could select almost what ever just from 'Month'-filter.
You can select the whole Year or Month.
The Title ... sorry.
Ideas?

Thank you for the chart provided, but what I need is change of the chart when the combo-box value is selected and the chart should display moth wise data for the specific year.

Hi:

Find the attached.

Note: You can achieve this by using a simple pivot there is no need for complex formulas, since you had set this up I have put the formulas across , but would recommend you to use pivots.
