Easy question about PowerPivot

Hello, I think this is very simple question

I upload a huge .csv file to a PowerPivot window and then I build a Pivot Table.

If the .csv is updated with new data:

Do I have to refresh both the PowerPivot and the PivotTable?
Or just refreshing the pivot table the new csv data is loaded?
