Enlarge and shrink multiple pics with a click

Nevermind. I figured out another way to do it.

I can use comments, but now i can't figure out how to keep the comment seen until clicked.

the picture is huge a lot of data and when you hover it appears (awesome!), but when you move your mouse it disappears. I don't have excel friendly people so they wouldn't get to click on the cell and click see comments.

Any ideas?
