I have a Power Point presentation that is depicts parts of an organization by creating boxes which show the name of the unit and then below the unit name, is the name of the individual assigned to that unit. These names change every year and it is very labor intensive to change each box. Is there a method where I can update the names in each box by using an excel spreadsheet and linking the name to the box? Can I use more than one hyperlink, say for example I wanted to link the individual's name to the unit, but create a second hyperlink to display the individual's picture.
