Find the next 3 values in a column with empty cells

Hi Ninjas,

I've encountered another obstacle which I cannot google my way out of. I've included a clear example of what I'm trying to accomplish as putting it into words gets a little messy.

First: It needs to be be determined whether columns A B C are blank
Second: If the column(s) are not blank, then I want to know the next 3 values in column D

It sounds simple enough, but there are blanks in column D, which have made it difficult for me to solve this problem.
