find the value and replace

Hello All,
I have the workbook with two sheets. For each name in sheet 2 I want to find the matched name in sheet 1 and replace its value with sheet 1 value.

Well here's one way of doing it for you ... I made both your 'lists' into Excel Tables and applied a vlookup ... hope it's what you need.
