Finding Inbetween in multiple series

Dear All ,

Help is needed for finding a solution to small problem where I get the series of start and end point in series and there are more than 300 series we receive daily basis.
In case of any number in between I want to find out which series it belongs to is repeated task.

Can someone help me with formula .

Suppose I have a number 18604735386529 , how to I find out that this is from First series or Number is not in any series.
