Formula for Index & Match required to get the desired result

Hi Excel Gurus
I am stuck in writing a formula.
I am having a workbook consisiting of two sheets
1) Master
2) Key

I want that whenever I chose a dropdown in "Key" I should get data from "Master"

I had done the same manually and colored it for reference.
In row no 11 in "key" HK1 & HK2 is written. Again from drop down of HK1 and HK2 if i select HK1 i m getting he needs to work on Sunday in Room one for 120 min and if select HK2 also he needs to work on Sunday in Room one for 120 min.
Like, if i select HK1 it should show when he needs to work and for which room and for how many minutes.
Kindly help in creating a formula for the same.

Hi Excel Masters,

I would request someone to please help me for finding a solution to the same.
Just a dropdown in KEY sheet will give me desired result
with a formula.
