Good Afternoon,

I have a spreadsheet that calculates LD to be like thee number 1, below is the formula. I need to adapt the Formula to count both LD & BH, so basically if LD or BH is typed into a cell each will be counted as 1 day.

=COUNTIF(O39:NY39,"LD")

Example:
in Cells A1, B1 shows LD
in Cells C1, E1 shows BH

in G1 this calculates to 4

I hope I am making sense.

Can anyone help me at all?

=SUM(COUNTIF(O39:NY39,{"LD","BH"}))
