Group/UnGroup (+/-)with one click

Hi all,

Attached is a sample of data that I want to group it by ID number. My data has more than 1000 rows. And it take me too long to group by row for each ID. Is there a macro code that can help me group them all by ID number with one click? Thanks

Just turn the data into a table and group/filter anyway you want.

Thank you for your response. This is filter. And I want to view it as group not filter and I do not want to spend time to group for each ID. I am thinking a macro to help me automatic group for each ID.

What group operation do you need? Avg. Sum etc.

Highlight entire data set and go to Data tab. Click on Subtotal and choose calculation option.
