Help, how to highlight a number in a different sheet if used in within a range

Thank you in advance for the support.
I have a scenario where two sheets exist in a work book.

Sheet Master reflects a lot of rows with different numbers
Sheet - Data entry - ranges will be entered.
I would like in sheet master the numbers highlighted if the numbers were used:

For instance :

Sheet data entry had the following entries. Once you press enter, the sheet master should highlight the number. If an entry is ever entered twice then the cell in master is red
BEGEND
115
1825
4901049011
1
25 - 30

Nr. 1 and 25 were entered twice and rows should be red if that is the case
