Help on IF formula

[RAFI]

Hello Experts,

i am facing a simple problem in my excel sheet.
i want to to apply formula on cell g7,g8.
if value of length and width is within range of(+5 to -5) the result should be pass,
otherwise fail.
thnks in advance.
