Help -Problem with Shared File Opening

Hi,
First of all , Thanks a lot for doing a wonderful Job.

I Need a Small Help there is a file on Shared Drive , when I am opening the file using one computer installed with 2007 , it is showing me the results ( in formula this excel is getting data from shared drive different file) but when I am accessing the same file from another system with Office 2010, it is showing #value.

What could be the possible reason for this and how i can resolve it?

What is the formula in the cell showing the error?
Is the shared drive available to the second PC or user ?
Can you share the file here?

Thanks for your fast response.

Actually this is Department Shared drive and unfortunately this a Financial Confidential Data so I will not be able to share the file.

My point is , both computer is same department have same right on share drive and on both computer Drive is mapped.

The only difference is one using Office 2007 and another is using Office 2010.

And as file opened from same shared location so definitely the formula is also same.

Can you post a copy of a formula that is giving an error?
You need to trace them back to find the first formula that has an error as subsequent formulas will have errors as well
