Please help me to find the Row No. of the SL.No. 3100 (column A) with formula?(sample file attached)

Hi,

To find the exact row number which in this case is 26, you need to add 3 to @Ramesh Deo formula or use whole column ref. $A:$A in lookup array of the formula provided.
