Help with Index/Match/Large

I'm working on a dashboard that is going to graph the data attached. I'm looking to figure out how to rank each category within the table. The criteria to lookup is in O1, and O2 of the attached spreadsheet. I want to lookup the Team in Column A based on the Timeframe, and Category selected and rank the output in column S, with the actual value from the rows reported in column T.

See this file, I had populated column S & T. Just check if this is what you want?
I am not sure about column U.....

Also what if stats had duplicates?

The FIFA workbook on the Homepage had an easier formula. Is this the only way to get the desired result? Their formula was =INDEX($E$3:$N$34,MATCH(LARGE($I$3:$I$34,BP3),$I$3:$I$34,0),1)

I was curious if there was a simpler formula that would get the same result. The Fifa workbook (http://chandoo.org/wp/2014/08/05/fifa-2014-worldcup-dashboard/) has dashboard that it uses. It has 2 variables that it is looking up from a data set.
