Hi, to extract multiple records with same field in different excel sheet

just I have employee data table, I would like to treat in another sheet, to extract all the employees with same designation.
can you please provide the formulas which I see and syntax for the same.

Could You use 'Filter' for that?

I tried using Advance Filter & Formula method. You can adopt any method whichever you feel comfortable.
