How to fix the subtotal error

Hi,

When i'm using =Subtotal(109,a5:a2000) i got error #N/A due to non availability of values in some cells between a5 to a2000. in this case how do i get the subtotal result in value or it should skip the #N/A error.

Please advise.

It isn't missing cells that is causing the error

Look through the Range A5:A2000 and see if there are any errors in any cells

If you have #n/a errors in the data you may want to use something like:

=SUM(IF(ISNA(A5:A2000),0,A5:A2000)) Ctrl+Shift+Enter
or

=SUMIF(A5:A2000, "> 0")

with Ctrl+Shift+Enter
