How to hide formulas from users?

Hello all,

who can advise how to hide formulas from users?
The protection sheet is not working as the sheet has formulas which are
being updated by selection of a drop-down arrow of Data validation list.
If I protect a sheet, users cannot use reports.

Not quite sure why you can't protect the sheet...you need to unlock any cells which users have input in, protect the others. Additionally, you can set the Hidden property to hide the formulas.

Thank you , Luke. I was also wondering why I could not...
It looks like I have some cells somewhere still unlocked...

I thought that there is some other ways to hide formulas...
