how to return a blank cell, rather than a zero in an array formula, so cell contents from the left c

Hi,

I've attached a sheet showing my problem.

On the Del Note tab, you will see that rows 48, 49. 51 and 52 do not read across columns C,D and E.

When I remove quantities from items in the previous tab (doors & accessories) these rows will move up, and be affected in the same way.

Any help would be great, as this is the last stumbling block I seem to have.
