How to return names with blank values in adjacent column

In the attached file, on the first tab, I have a list of people with their timesheet status.
Some of these people have blanks (they are in orange).

On the 'Missing' tab, I am trying to find a way to list the people who have a blank status, i.e. list the orange people starting in cell A2.

Can anybody offer any suggestions?

Thank you. That was what I was looking for. I don't understand how the array in the SMALL function works. It appears to be recording the row number for any cell with a blank in column B. But does identify all blank row numbers first, or identify all blank row numbers one at a time before moving to the next one?
