How to write this constraint

Hi all
I am going to have a simple constraint in solver. I need to have A1>3 or A1=0.
I need to define this simple constraint for solver and solver has to consider value >3 or value =0 to have the best result.

These two constraint are against each other, how is it possible to define these two constraint with each other.

You half answered your own question.

A1 cannot be > 3 and =0 at the same time, but it can be one or the other

Obviously there 2ill be other constaints and targets to setup to define this model

can you post the model for us to review

It may also need some notes attached to define the problem in real life words.

I am going to define new model and I need solver find possible solution for these two cases.

I know they are opposite to each other but i have to find maximum value of a function in any mentioned cases when value of a cell is >=3 or if it's equal to 0.
 
If you post the problem here we may be able to offer a more specific solutiion
