IF ... Then formula ?

I have a spreadsheet where N6 reads 'complete' if cells G6, H6, I6, J6 and K6 have something entered into them. If any of those cells are blank N6 will be blank to show that the process is still incomplete.

I have been given a few scenarios where the process is not relevant, so N6 will need to read Not Applicable, and I have created a drop down menu in cell F6 which includes these scenarios.

How do I get cell N6 to read the scenarios in F6 and add Not Applicable to N6 in the first instance, but if this is not the case then add Complete when cells G6, H6, I6, J6 and K6 haver been filled in ?

Many thanks,

Anthony
