incorrect Results

I have been offered a result to a strange problem, which appeared to work fine. I have now found that the result appears not to be true.

The results in cell M5 & 6 are reading way out. I dont understand why this is happening, can somebody advise please.

Your formula : =SUMIFS(G:G,F:F,">="&K5,F:F,"<="&L5)

The formula works but the result give "Total Day"

In order to get "Total Hour", the formula should -->…... X 24 hour/day, as per highlighted red :

=SUMIFS(G:G,F:F,">="&K5,F:F,"<="&L5)*24

And, cell format to Number with 2 decimal
