Index & match not work

hello there,

please I'v a problem in using Index & match logic, as, once get values and once turns with 0, i need to take a look to the attached then find the reason perhaps may related to the data source.

at col (K) i used =INDEX(D:D,MATCH($H2,$A:$A,0)), the logic is visually true but it always turns with 0, the problem at column K,L ans M

Hi

The issue there is that MATCH will feed the INDEX with the position (row) of the first cell that meets the criteria and on all your cases the corresponding "AHT Start" is blank, hence why it always returns 0.

If you only have one "AHT Start" time per visitor ID, then since you're already using a pivot there, just include the field "AHT Start" on it, set it to summarize values by Sum, change the number format to time and you should get the desired result.

This is because in first lookup iteself you have data so only it is coming. You have to consolidate (summarize) and do.
