Is there any compatibility issue between 2010 32 Bit and 2013 32 Bit Version?

The quick answer is no, provided you don't use any of the new features or functions in 2013 that aren't available in 2010
These include Timeline Slicer, Data Relationships and others
There may be slight incompatibilities in Charting if you are making charts totally via VBA
But mostly they are compatible
They are also compatibile with Excel 64 bit versions
It is only Functions that are not directly compatible, but easily adjusted if required.

Hui- I am more interested in Macro part as I have developed macro based Tools in 2010 32 Bit Excel Version. Now, my worry is -for all those Tools will it be able to work in 2013 32-Bit Excel Version or 64-Bit without any issue.
Please suggest..
