Calculation is not done properly.

I made a new col in Login sheet to generate Pivot table for checking difference.
Early/Late is mentioned as "Late 5" or "12 Early"
If I want to sum all of them can't do it.
If I scroll down, cannot see the dates.

If I put data for 100 people I have to go down around 1000 rows, rather then this why can't we stack the data in the Earlier format.

Filtration is working well, if I filter roster and click do it, it does the job, but would appreciate in Output sheet

Still didn't understand color coding.

I have notice that You have skipped ...

Using Pivot-table with calculations
then have to split tasks for TWO days ... so far do not work.
Or how have You have solved those?


Duration cannot be seconds ..
or at least those values are INCORRECT!

Color coding: I can only try to explain one more time,as I wrote in #61:
if employees do work also then 'Roster' has 'OFF', Leave or '-'.
You have also wrote about 60min breaks per shift ... yes!

... worked in their own time ... no extras ... but how about insurance - no way!
And also that employees has three breaks 15+30+15 minutes - okay?
If they use less minutes ... hmmm ... but if they use more minutes ... hum!

Working .... then 'Roster' has 'Off' ... free to do what employee want?
Short Breaks 0:43:03 and 02:16:53 ... just over 30min per day?
Lunch Break 2:34:51 and 00:45:46 ... just over 30min per day?

As mentioned earlier we don't have to count duration event to event.
The screenshot above means that agent has used coaching for 12 min and then went to ready mode(which is not mentioned as its understood), after finishing the call, he went for break.
Do you think I need to mention that we have to sum breaks and other codes?(its understood by default).

Its better that you do not put your shoes in company policy, as every company has it own rules.
Why is the names displayed 2 times? Does it make sense.
I need the calculation as it was in Pivot table, because it gives clear pic of diff modes.
Why is there a space between 5 & 6(praying, meeting)
Why is it 2 Early and Late 3. How will the minutes get calculated?
How will you check number of early/late login?
File has VBA code protected by password, can't even see what's happening.
I guess file will require one more update.

ex from 16:18:37 to 17:00 is 12minutes
- If someone would count so that would be okay - but not for me!
You haven't mention ... I have had try to ask many times without answer.
And as I also wrote Pivot-table don't give correct value if overnight working!
You wrote proud about You company policy.
There are 'two times names' because someone mess with those ID-codes!
5-7 space, spare place ... that 6; which need a lot of digging to get an answer!
You wanted to get word 'Late' and 'Early'. ... and those sum, split those texts.
'number of early/late login', that would be number of days. More miracle is someone would come just in time. Those non 'roster'-working shift are just challenge ... are those late or early if no normal shift.
'You can't see what's happening' ... hmm? ...
I can make it work like one-second-one-row-of-login.
It's normal that there will be always something to update.
 
I would like the values which are there in pivot table and for us, that is what we are looking for.
You might had asked several times about the clarity, but it was in rude, short form or unsophisticated language, which I didn't understand.
So whatever you ask, please be clear and wide open to accept the feedback.
I don't need names reflecting noise.
No blank spaces between 5&7.
Proper calculation.
Late/Early correction.
Can you do that?, rather then taunts and words, its better we correct what's required
 
As from the beginning, I use only raw-data which can track later.
As many times; pivot tables won't work and those neither include to raw-data!
I have asked because I have needed information, which is important for You.
Of course, it would feel something, if have to see or write same questions many times.
Should I just forget important details? Maybe no or how?
I accept feedback, that's always welcome.
If Your 'names reflecting noise' means 'like Nam_es'
then those need to be there! The 1st version didn't need.

No blank between 5&7 is possible to do.
'Proper calculation' seems to be challenge ( as 1st & 2nd sentences )!
I can take those 'Your needed words away' from 'Late/Early'.
I can do those, which I wrote above.
I would always be good, if someone would use ex this file.
 
Can you provide alternative for showing up the reports as per Pivot.
Also can you provide the code with comments
 
If 'the reports' would mean 'Output'
then isn't that 'Output' look like that pivot?
Or What 'the reports' would You mean?

Maybe I could make the code with comments,
but actually I don't need any comments there.
 
Can you make the correction of minutes.
Becuase if I run a pivot, the minutes I am getting is accurate and I need those min only.
In output sheets. Minutes are mismatch

Check Short break duration, its not matching as per date.
I am not able to select any cell, after I click on any cell the cell highlights with the border and then border disappeared

Lets go one by one In your earlier version we use to get late/early as "2 Late" or "Early 2", in case emp was late or early to login.
Now it only shows the time, we need to add a new row whether he is late or early.
There is a calculation issue as well, if shift time is 8:00 and emp logs in at 8:15 it should be 15 and for early it should be negative.

Let's take example of I'd no 224
3 Coaching shows 391 for 2nd Aug, if you check the Login sheet, and filter the I'd, Date and coaching, you will get different results

I have tried to find out something positive to write; challenge!

if comes early, then positive value
if comes late, then negative value

Do You really mean that
a) if comes early to work, then there are something negative?
Early comes - can make full day, that's positive!
b) if comes late ... yes, it is positive, yes! Someone comes to work!
But late is always late, at that's not positive!

Your sample files! I checked and closed!
Do You still use those Durations somewhere?
I can make also some samples which shows why not!
Have You ever tried to check what do those 'durations', means?

Here is one sample (using same data as rawer-file)
Y-axes: reason codes (0 is Undefined, 12 is LogOut)
Red lines shows Your 'Durations' and
Yellow 'bars' shows mine.
(Not so many red lines - but how many minutes would be there?)
There are red/black circles to show every task.

That's only one days all tasks!

Ex from whole data:
The whole data has 197 work shifts.
Ex 1.
8 = Lunch - You told that one per shift 30min
There are 549 lunches (~2,8 per shift).
159 last less than 5 minutes; how to eat lunch less that 5min?
91 last >5 .. 10 minutes
73 last >10 .. 15 minutes
Interesting ...

Ex 2.
1 = Break - You told that two per shift 30min
There are 1147 breaks (~5,8 per shift).

That's why, I cannot nor I won't use those 'Durations' anywhere!
 
OK, here we go.
Emp sometimes takes break in installments, I mean they might take a break of 2-4 min as a refresher/washroom and come back on calls.
The main thing that meters here is purely minutes.
The pic attached above shows that coaching was used for 391 minutes, however as per the data it was hardly 30 min.
So, from where did you get 391 min...

Also the numbers should be opposite for late and early logins.
If Emp logs in before time, its not a good practice either and should be in negative
 
Same here, I understood you will not understand the logic,
Do you have any answer for 391 min if coaching?
Time and again, I had explained that we are looking on Minutes only.
