Locking cells based on value

Hello Excel Pro's,

Attached you find an Excel-sheet with an overview of our sales pipeline.
If a customer status is set to (DEAL), this is done in column (k), we want to lock the row so that it can't be changed. Only if someone enters a password to unlock it, editing a deal is possible.

Because this document is a ongoing document it is not perfect, sometimes there are empty(!) rows in the sheet. Also the macro should be responding to changes in the document. If I set a customer to status (DEAL), I can't edit it anymore.

In an earlier thread (locking/unlocking cells base on values) I saw something that came very close. But this solution only locked the customer status and not the entire row.

I hope you can help me solve this.

Best Regards,
Arnold
