Multiple Sumif Criteria - Month & Name

Hi All,

I would really appreciate if someone could help me with the formula for applying multiple criteria. A sum total should appear in the cell if it matches the month and name.

Attached excel file for your review Formula required on the sheet with name "Summary - Staff" Cell B3 & C3.
